Donna Mulkey

Donna Mulkey has worked at the University of Michigan for 31 years, the last 25 of which have been at the Center for Human Growth and Development. She is responsible for pre- and post-grant award administration, as well as supervision and leadership of the grants administration team. Before joining CHDG, she held various positions at the Department of Orthodontics, and the Department of Industrial & Operations Engineering.

Linda Chadwick

Linda Chadwick joined U-M in 2006 when she began as a research administrator for the Space Physics Research Laboratory (SPRL) in the College of Engineering.  Her experience in engineering, proposals, and finance led to her role as the SPRL Proposal Manager where she managed the development of several multi-million dollar complex space instrumentation and mission proposals.  Currently, she is the Business Manager for the CYclone Global Navigation satellite System (CYGNSS), a $150M NASA Earth Venture satellite constellation mission.  In this role she is responsible for the overall financial and research administration of this mission.

Catherine Seay-Ostrowski

Catherine Seay-Ostrowski is the Business Administrator for the UM Transportation Research Institute which conducts greater than $20M of sponsored research annually. She has served in various departmental and unit administrative leadership roles in 18 of the 23 years she has worked at the University. Prior to her current position as the Institute Business Administrator at UMTRI, Cathy held departmental administrative roles in the Department of Oceanic, Atmospheric and Space Sciences and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Cathy regularly presents and serves on panels at national conferences related to research administration and human resources.
